Still in Norfolk eh? Did you get a DOD job when you got out and that's why you stayed? I never really enjoyed Norfolk much in the year I've been there. I prefered San Diego and Mayport (now here) over VA!

I'm an active duty Navy guy with 9 in. What was your rate?

Well I'm pretty much a local here in this area. I moved from Tampa when I was 5, because my Mom joined the Navy. Enlisted in the Navy and ended up right back here myself. I enjoyed San Diego the few times I made it out there well except for the traffic. Mayport was decent but very samilar to here, except the weather is a tad better. I was a RM/IT. I got out and got a job as a govt contractor. The pay is a little better this way.

Theres a lot of Canucks and Oilers fans. Not many Lightning fans because sadly, a lot of people here think that its wrong to cheer for a Southern team.
