Favorite beer or alcoholic beverage of choice: I consider myself a bit of a beer snob. Any trip down to the States MUST involve a stop at one of those giant specialty liquor stores to load up on my quota of individual imports and microbrews. I'm particularly fond of most Belgian Trappist ales, German Dunkel-Weißes, and very hoppy IPAs. I'm indifferent to nearly all of our domestics, though I'm quite fond of the new Alexander Keith's traditional lager which came out late last year. I'd rather have one or two pints of something good than a case of swill.
Have any interesting hobbies? Being a bookseller by trade, I've acquired a fairly sizeable library myself (mostly contemporary British fiction and travel writing... to satiate the wanderlust that I could have afforded to fulfil in person had I not wasted all of my money on travel writing It's a vicious cycle, being a glutton...)
