Why do you like them? My son plays hockey, and during the Cup run, we started watching. Vinny caught our attention, and we haven't stopped watching yet.

Why do you like them? - I was watching a Lightning versus Montreal game over a decade ago and I just randomly started chearing for the Lightning and they became my favorite team that day.
Favourite hockey team as a kid - Always been a Lightning fan.
Least favorite - Coyotes, Canadiens, Leafs, Sens, Caps and the Penguins.
Favourite active player on your favorite team - Vinny Lecavalier.
Favourite active player on another team - Brad Richards.
Favourite team in other sports - Blue Jays, Winnipeg Blue Bombers (CFL), Hendrick Motorsports.

Still in Norfolk eh? Did you get a DOD job when you got out and that's why you stayed? I never really enjoyed Norfolk much in the year I've been there. I prefered San Diego and Mayport (now here) over VA!

I'm an active duty Navy guy with 9 in. What was your rate?

Well I'm pretty much a local here in this area. I moved from Tampa when I was 5, because my Mom joined the Navy. Enlisted in the Navy and ended up right back here myself. I enjoyed San Diego the few times I made it out there well except for the traffic. Mayport was decent but very samilar to here, except the weather is a tad better. I was a RM/IT. I got out and got a job as a govt contractor. The pay is a little better this way.
