1 killed and 1 injured in a shooting inside the "CHOP". Police say that when they tried to enter the "CHOP" border and look for the victims they were met with violence. Police were then told that 2 victims were transported to a hospital by "CHOP" medical staff.

Police went to the hospital and learned 1 had died and the other was being treated.

How long will the city allow this?

Barr also says Berman's current deputy, Audrey Strauss, will become Acting SDNY U.S. Attorney "by operation of law."

"I anticipate that she will serve in that capacity until a permanent successor is in place," Barr writes.

All he has to do is announce his replacement and have the Senate confirm that replacement.

Berman was placed there by a judge because the position was left vacant.

So... sure does seem like the Trump campaign's bluster about crowd size at his rally has come up empty. Here is what the arena looked like inside about 40 minutes before the event:



And the big overflow stage outside the arena is a ghost town.

Oh my God, so they started breaking down the overflow stage while the event was starting because there literally was no overflow. The Trump campaign also sent a text around to their supporters begging them to show up to the building because the building's only half full. Now they're in full on Sean Spicer mode claiming the reason the building is only half full is because protestors are blocking the entrances to the building...



Tell me something folks: do you see protestors on this video outside the rally? Do you see Trump supporters? Do you even see any people at all?
