It takes $$ and vision to reclaim phosphate mines. That said, Streamsong is a nice example of what can be done with exhausted phosphate mines. It’s right there with Brandon Dunes (OR) as a distinct and premier set of golf courses.

Reconciliation is a budget process. So it can apply to stimulus, infrastructure, health care spending, etc., but it can't apply to civil or voting rights legislation.

The right wing PACs are already running cable ads against S1 here in my state (HR1) so it seems to me filibuster reform is something both parties are expecting.
