I've never been as inundated with money requests as I was this year. I feel like at least ten times a day my phone is buzzing with some form of "Friend, this is Joe/Kamala, and we're desperately in need of some more change. Can you please go check underneath your couch cushions because we are being badly outspent."

So Trump holds a rally in Omaha at the airport. He busses in his supporters so there is a good crowd.

It ends and he flys off. But his supporters? They are stuck at the airport because there are no busses to get them back. According to the city, an hour and a half after Trump leaves, there are around 2,400 people standing on a dark road waiting for the missing busses in 30 degree weather.

There are numerous medical emergencies. One officer says there are 8 or 9 elderly people struggling. Another says there is an elderly party frozen cold in an altered medical state.

Was watching Lower Decks on CBS All Access last night and an ad that was pretty much baked in to every pre-roll was a Trump ad with a crying woman saying she hates being persecuted for voting for Trump and that he'll protect unborn babies. The main takeaway is I have literally no idea who the ad was for. If you're not already deep in the MAGA death cult then nothing about the ad was swaying to you, which basically meant it amounted to wasted money.

Also, are Star Trek fans(much less ones that are interested in a Rick and Morty-esque animated spinoff of Star Trek) the target audience for Trump and the GOP?

No. Star Trek fandom is actually one of the brand demographics Democrats target. They actually have been holding e-events with Buttigieg and Levar Burton specifically targeted to Trek fans.

We have been getting by calls from Our Revolution and Actblue on the Landline, text messages almost hourly. Turns me off.

I gave substantial to No Kid Hungry and Feeding TB and they send the occasional mailer. They will be getting a few more with the lame duck session coming up; nothing will get done other than destructive policies as Trump and the remnants of the Senate burn down whatever thay can.

Good on you, fly. This is also where my money has been going. You'll get a hell of a lot more mileage for your money keeping people fed and working directly in your community.

I get several every day now. Florida Democrats, the National Education Association, and FaithVotes. At first I replied back saying I had already voted, but it's like fighting against a tidal wave. I suppose I could just say STOP though

Regarding the Wisconsin poll. It is clearly an outlier, but it is also the first poll since COVID exploded in Wisconsin this last week. And it is consistent with trends in other Midwest polls - Minnesota +14, Michigan +13, Iowa +4.

Who am I going to believe? Trump telling me that it is going to turn the corner in 2 weeks (the same thing he has said since April) or my neighbor or co-worker who’s father has been placed on a ventilator?
