I know this is a bit early but thought we could start some conversations.
I am seeing Callan Foote as our choice in the 1st in some mocks. Thoughts anyone?

Cal is a lot like his father except not as physical. Solid as they come for a defenseman his age. Fits the mold perfectly for the 'type' of d-man that the bolts have looked for recently.

Some people seem to have Timothy Liljegren (top defenseman available) falling out of the top five due to all the games he missed. I'm not sure that I buy him falling that much, but if he falls down to that 7 or 8 range, he would be very tempting to trade up for.

Two wildcard defensemen; Cale Makar and Nico Hague. Makar is a dynamic offensive defenseman out of the AJHL which is intriguing its own right. Hague has a pretty good offensive skill set and can skate for a big guy. He also has a mean streak. Hague is a lefty and the other three are right handed shots

Mittelstadt is a likely top 5 pick, definitely out of our range.

Yeah I saw that Goboltz56. Casey has been up and down the board early but now seems to be settled as a top5/10 selection. It would be nice if we jumped up in the lottery to get a better pick...we had such rotten luck this year that starting tomorrowseason with a move up would be nice.
